Shipping Policy

At Soulucky, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. International Shipping Estimates

We provide worldwide international shipping. For our customers in North America and Europe, please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes below:

Note: These timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, actual delivery dates may be subject to customs clearance or local postal service delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information usually becomes available within 48-72 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Soulucky is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • For European Customers: Please be aware that VAT or import duties may be collected by your local customs office according to your country's regulations.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. Lost/Stolen Packages

Soulucky is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
