Water is not only rivers, lakes, and seas—it can also be the moment when clouds fall from the sky, pass over the water, and are held still by their own reflection.
The amazonite round beads are water itself—a clear blue-green, like the color of a highland lake soaked in the sky, calm and deep, carrying the memory of melting glaciers; the seedless rice pearls are the fine ripples on the water's surface—tiny, seedless pearls, like the pinpoint light that appears when the wind wrinkles the water; the speckled round disc beads are the stones at the bottom of the river, polished by the current—rounded and quiet, each one holding the trace of the stream's touch; the silver bubble beads are occasional bubbles rising from the depths—light and fleeting, like a string of transparent language spat out by a fish.
Four materials, like four forms of a body of water at different times—amazonite is the water itself, seedless rice pearls are its ripples, speckled discs are the memory at its bottom, and silver bubbles are its breath.
